The filing calendar, at a glance

Working with our firm

Where is SEO CPA Group located?

Do you charge for the first consultation?

No. The first conversation is free. We use it to understand your entity, your deadlines, and what you actually need — and to tell you honestly whether we're the right firm for it.

What types of clients do you work with?

Individuals and families, closely held and small businesses, construction companies, non-profit organizations, and employers sponsoring 401(k) or 403(b) retirement plans.

How are fees determined?

Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the engagement. We provide a written scope and fee before beginning work, so you know what the engagement covers and what it costs before you commit.

Can I switch to your firm mid-year?

Yes. We regularly take on clients mid-year, including mid-year payroll transitions and bookkeeping cleanups. We request prior-year returns and current-year records from your previous provider and reconcile from there.

Are you a licensed and peer-reviewed firm?

Yes. SEO CPA Group, LTD is a legal entity in the State of Ohio, licensed as a peer review firm with the Ohio Accountancy Board. Our most recent System Review received a peer review rating of pass. Our partners and associates are members in good standing of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the AICPA.
